Live Aid is a historic double concert at humanitarian vocation, given jointly in London and Philadelphia on July 13th 1985, and organized by Bob Geldof. It was broadcasted live worldwide. Artists like Queen (the group that gave the most acclaimed performance), Duran Duran, Phil Collins (who played in London and then took the Concorde to go play in Philadelphia), The Who, Elton John, Sting, Madonna Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, Status Quo, Cat Stevens, U2 were gathered. This event is mainly held at Wembley Stadium in London and John F. Kennedy Stadium in Philadelphia. The entire event Live Aid was marketed (always for charitable purposes) in the form of a four DVD set in 2004, on the occasion of its twentieth anniversary.
